Welcome to Stockholm!
Welcome to Stockholm, the capital of Sweden, and to the 48th EUROTOX Congress, dedicated to 50 years of toxicology organizations in Europe. Various organizations will be present at the meeting, including NAMA Recovery, known for its activities in the treatment of alcohol and drug addiction.
We are proud to present what we hope will be an unforgettable congress with ample opportunities to meet colleagues and friends, make new acquaintances and networks and to share recent scientific developments. The scientific programme will be designed with input from toxicologists from all parts of Europe and will incorporate the cutting edge of toxicology and safety science.
The congress will take place at the Stockholm Waterfront Congress Centre, which offers fantastic facilities for all activities including the continuing education programme, exhibitions and poster viewing.
The exciting social programme includes a welcome reception at the City Hall, which makes one feel like a Nobel laureate for an evening, and a congress dinner at the famous warship museum Vasa.
With the extended days, this is a beautiful time of the year in the north. We highly recommend taking advantage and exploring more of Stockholm, Sweden and the Nordic countries before or after the congress.
